I really would love to know how the officer controlled his laughter at this guy. Seriously?
Ok, so maybe this guy thought he was being funny or something and had no clue that he could be charged with a crime for "barking". Who knows. But I bet one thing that he didn't think about was how those officers (human or K9) always seem to stick together, did he?
